Shipping 

Ahhh Shipping. Shipping can be a real headache for both buyers and sellers. We have several tips to make sure that your purchases arrive safe at your door in a timely manner. One of the most important tips we can offer is accuracy. If you are using PayPal make sure that you have "Confirmed" your mailing address and that it is correct. If you have recently moved be sure to change your shipping address. If you live in an apartment or multi-unit complex, please specify your unit and delivery instruction. All packages are sent using USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise specified. If you have alternate shipping requests please contact us prior to purchase.

Insurance

Insurance is not included unless the package is specified as USPS PRIORITY, in which case it would have $50 insurance included. If you want to insure your package please make arrangements prior to purchase.

Returns/Refunds

We only accept returns on items that are Not as Described or Damaged due to Negligence on our part. You will not receive a refund for items properly described, but you didn't want it after your recieved it; or if the item was properly described, but did not meet your expectations.
 
We do NOT accept returns on items damaged by the USPS. We trust them with thousands of packages a year and they do their best; however, accidents happen and unfortunately these accidents are out of our realm of control. Insurance may be arranged, but requires arrangement prior to purchase. 
 
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we want to here about it. We will do our best to make sure that your transactions are as pleasurable as possible.
